The data files you get back from our
Mailsort processing services
are ready to use for mail-merging or label production through Microsoft Word or similar.
If however, you would like us to do this work for you in stead, we can produce the address labels
using an OCR font as recommended by the Royal Mail, as well as CFL bag labels.
Printed Labels:
We can print the labels out for you on a good quality printer and post them to your address,
normally within 2-3 business days.
Our usual fee for this service is £0.60 per label sheet plus postage and the cost of labels,
which depends on the type. Please contact us for a quote.
We print Final Bag labels (CFL) on adheasive labels ready to stick on blank bag label tags, or alternatively
organise for them to be printed directly on to the label tags and sent to your address separately.
Labels in pdf format:
If you prefer to print the labels yourself we can produce the labels as a
pdf file in the right format and you can print the labels directly from
that. All you need is a reasonable printer, blank labels and
a standard pdf reader. Please note that pdf files can be interpreted slightly differently by operating
systems other than Windows.

We can usually produce and deliver these pdf files by e-mail within a couple of hours
(during office hours), but please contact us for a more precise quote on
timescales. Our fee for this service is £95.00 for both bag and address labels.
In order to produce the labels (both pdf and printed), we need to know which type of labels you wish to use (I.e. Avery number or
dimensions). VAT at 17.5% is added to all charges mentioned.
